David VanderLugt

Dr. VanderLugt is a Grand Rapids native and proud to be a long-standing member of the same community as you! He graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 1980 and has been serving this community with gentle and high quality dentistry ever since.

Dr. VanderLugt is a member of the American Dental Association and the Michigan Dental Association. He also fulfills his responsibility to pursue continuing education by attending dental conventions, gatherings, and lectures. He knows that continuing education and training help him to be the most qualified to care for your dental needs.

You will notice when you visit VanderLugt and Mulder Dental PLLC that both the doctors and the rest of the team are very warm and friendly. Most of Dr. VanderLugt's team members have been working with him for a long time. This adds a relaxing and family-like atmosphere to their state-of-the-art dental office.

Dr. VanderLugt enjoys spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter. His other hobbies include boating and golf.
 

Dr. Brian Mulder

Dr. Mulder is also a Grand Rapids native who is active in the community. He joined Dr. VanderLugt after graduating from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2005. He has since become a partner in the practice with Dr. VanderLugt and together they strive to provide excellence in dentistry to all of their patients.

Dr. Mulder is a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, and he serves on the delagation board for West Michigan Dental Society. He is also dedicated to continuing education.

In addition to spending time with his wife, Dr. Mulder enjoys playing with their young son, Jonah. His other hobbies include skiing, golfing, hunting, and working out.
